These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY], d/b/a Prop Season (“Prop Season,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using propseason.com and its apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Prop Season is an information and research product. We provide statistical projections, matchup grades, historical hit-rate data, and plain-language reads on sports player props. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or hold any wagers. No betting or wagering of any kind happens on the Service.
Nothing on the Service is a “pick,” a bet recommendation, or financial, investment, or betting advice. We do not tell you which side to take. Our projections and grades are model outputs, not guarantees, and past performance does not predict future results. Any decision you make is your own.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, harvest, resell, or redistribute our data, projections, or content; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content to any community feature; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law (including where sports data products or the linked third parties are restricted).
The Service may display links to third-party sportsbooks, exchanges, or daily-fantasy operators, and may include promo codes. Those are independent third parties — we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their offers, availability, odds, payouts, or conduct. Their terms and eligibility rules apply, and availability varies by state. We may earn a commission when you use these links; this never changes what we show you.
If you post to any community feature, you’re responsible for what you share and grant us a license to display it within the Service. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, or that isn’t yours to share. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
Some features may be offered free and others by paid subscription. Any paid subscription is billed through a third-party payment provider, and that provider’s terms and refund policy govern the transaction. Prices, tiers, and any “founder” rate are described at the point of sale; we may change future pricing, but a locked-in rate you were granted will be honored per its stated terms. You can cancel a subscription per the provider’s process; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Service, our models, projections, grades, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Team names, logos, and player marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; Prop Season is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, school, or player.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Sports data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prop Season and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any losses arising from betting or financial decisions you make. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior three months or US $100.
Sports betting can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 (or your state’s helpline). Must be 21+.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE/COUNTY].
